This collection contains one manuscript diary, about 132 pages, with entries by W. I. Fleck documenting assaying and mining activities throughout Oregon, Idaho, and Colorado. Also included are five photographs, including one of the Golden Drift Mining Company on the Rogue River.

This collection contains information about Oregon Quicksilver Incorporated and Mines Service Incorporated, both located in Oregon. The collection contains superintendent's reports, timecards, stocks, invoices, correspondence, photographs, and legal documents. Also contained in this collection is information about the Prosperity Mine and the Bonanza Bar in the form of placer claims, drawings of locations, legal documents and notes.

Peg Leg Mining and Milling Co was a general mining and milling firm that owned, leased, developed, and operated claims in Oregon and Idaho. The collection (1904) contains incorporator's and stockholder's meeting minutes, by-laws, articles of incorporation, and correspondence.
