Trees on skyline are painted in to provide definition. Received from Oswald Garrison Villard. Photograph taken by A. H. Wulzen. On board backing, no border. Albert H. Wulzen was born in Germany and came to San Francisco in 1856. He began his photographic career in 1871. He moved to Portland in 1878.
