Ellison-White Chautauqua Bureau scrapbooks
Travelling chautauqua shows offered lectures, plays, and concerts of religious, classical, and popular music, and in 1912, J.R. Ellison joined with Clarence H. White in establishing the Ellison-White Chautauqua Bureau, headquartered in Portland, Oregon. The collection contains seventeen scrapbooks (1931-1956) that include clippings, articles, programs, and other printed matter regarding the bureau's sponsored entertainment.
Estes Von Rhein Family papers
The Estes von Rhein Family papers include the personal papers and theater memorabilia collection assembled by Charles (1885-1960) and Amy (1867-1937) Estes von Rhein in late nineteenth to early twentieth century Portland, Oregon. Materials include correspondence, clippings, playbills and programs, artifacts, sheet music, and photographs, primarily relating to the performing arts in Portland.

Nettie Prescott kept scrapbooks of theater programs that she gathered from Tacoma, Washington, Boston, Massachusetts, and Portland, Oregon. The collection (1884-1890) contains two volumes, and volume one includes a holograph letter from Emma Abbott to Prescott, dated February 18, 1887.
Horace Robinson papers
Horace Robinson (1909-2009), Professor Emeritus of the University of Oregon, served on the faculty as technical director, scene designer, and director of the University of Oregon Theatre. Papers include manuscripts, scripts, scores and other creative works from productions at the University Theatre, photographs, and records of Robinson's involvement in local, national, and international professional and community service organizations.
Harlin Talbert papers
Harlin Talbert worked in the theater and film business with stock and vaudeville companies, in theater and motion picture promotion as an actor, advance man, business manager and partner, and later promoted theatrical events in Albany, Oregon. The collection (1917-1930s) contains playbills, theater programs, and correspondence.
University Theatre records
Theatre productions were performed at University of Oregon long before the University Theatre was built in 1949; the Horace Robinson Theatre (as it is now known) is used primarily for Department of Theatre Arts productions. The collection (1909-2009) contains annual reports, publicity materials, production reports, photographs and slides, reviews, correspondence, meeting minutes, and also records from Carnival Theater and Very Little Theatre.
