Henry J. Biddle (1862-1928) was an engineer and an amateur botanist. The collection consists of diaries, trip logs, account books, correspondence, manuscripts, sketch and survey maps, and photograph prints and albums.
Walter S. Bowman photographs
Walter S. Bowman (1865-1938) was a professional photographer who worked in Pendleton, Oregon, from the late 1880s to the mid 1930s. Bowman’s photographs document daily life in Eastern Oregon, including special events such as the Pendleton Round-Up. The collection consists of almost 800 negatives and prints representative of the span of the photographer's work, but his noted images of tribal people were largely destroyed after his death.
J. H. (John Henry) Christ papers
J. H. (John Henry or Heine) Christ edited a book regarding the recollections of a Pony Express Rider, Isaac Van Dorsey Mossman, who worked for the Pony Express in the mid 1800s. The collection (1954-1955) contains manuscript and research material, correspondence, photographs, and publicity.

Hallet E. Cole collection on Zeppelins and lighter-than-air craft
Hallett Everett Cole (1900-1974) spent much of his life assembling a collection of writings, ephemera, and artifacts related to lighter-than-air craft, with an emphasis on Zeppelins. The collection includes newsclippings, ephemera, artifacts, memorabilia, and published writings about Zeppelins and lighter-than-air craft.
Columbia Transportation Company records
The Columbia Transportation company owned and operated the Columbia North Beach Ferry company. The collection (1921-1954) contains articles of incorporation, minutes of shareholders' meetings, account books and ledgers.
