Logging -- Oregon.

This collection consists of one photograph album depicting the commercial logging and lumbering operations of the Booth-Kelly Lumber Company in Mosby Creek and Springfield, Oregon in the mid-twentieth century. The album contains 85 8"x10" black and white photographs with indexed identifying captions.

The collection contains the professional files of one of Oregon's leading conservationists in the mid-twentieth century, Gertrude Glutsch Jensen. The collection includes materials relating to the Columbia River Gorge Commission, the Oregon Roadside Council, the Civil War Centennial Commission, and the Portland Women's Forum. The material is in the form of reports, letters, notes, and minutes.

John Joseph Villair (1876- ) was an Oregon pioneer and resident of Josephine County. The collection consists of a typed transcription of Villair's reminiscences as told to John C. Kuhns (1887-1901).
