Blueprints

Eugene Fruit Growers Association was a vegetable, fruit, and nut growing, picking, packing, and canning cooperative, founded in 1908. The collection (1908-1971) contains administrative records which include correspondence and reports, financial records, architectural plans, photographs, reports, and printing plates.

Collection consists of one account book, specifications for steamships, drawings of steamships, and photographs of the company's shipyard in Coos Bay. The specifications include the hulls of seven steamers, along with a few other specifications for other.

The Oregon Folk League promoted and administered a social and recreation center located in Siuslaw Bay, Oregon for members of the University of Oregon community; members of the league also formed a non-profit corporation, the Siuslaw Bay Community Inc., which held title to the land used by the league. The collection (1934-1941) contains promotion and administrative documents, a land deed, correspondence, meeting minutes, plans and blueprints of the center, and a photograph.

This collection contains approximately 1,600 drawings created by architecture students in the University of Oregon’s school of Architecture and Allied Arts during the years 1914-1970. Stored in the Architecture and Allied Arts Library in Lawrence Hall, the works are arranged chronologically by year, then alphabetically by creator. They were created using various media, including charcoal, watercolor, and blueprint, and range in size from 18” x 28” to 46” x 72”.

Orrin Stanley (1872-1969) was a construction engineer for the Chicago and Northwestern Railway, 1900-1907, and engineer for the city of Portland, Oregon, from 1912. Collection contains letters and blueprints from Stanley's career.

The Thielsen family of Prussia and of America includes the following members: Bune Thielsen of Flensburg, Prussia, his son Hans Thielsen, who moved to Oregon, and Hans Thielsen's sons, Henry B., Horace W. and Julius. The collection contains correspondence, letter press books, business documents, maps and blueprints.
