David Mackie (1903-1966) was a lawyer who became general counsel and vice president of the Delaware, Lackawanna, and Western railroad, and he also served as chairman of the Eastern Railroads President's Conference. The collection consists of manuscripts of speeches, statements, testimony and presentations regarding the railroad business, 1952-1963.
