George Clyde Waldron correspondence

Waldron was an enlisted man in Company I, 2nd Oregon Volunteers. The letters are to his parents, were written successively from Portland, San Francisco, "on board ship," Manila, Pasig River, San Miguel, and San Francisco.

Abstract Mason Young Warner was born in 1868, the son of parents Agnes Stewart and Thomas Warner. Mason Y. Warner married Celia A. Hyland in 1894. The couple lived in Lane County all their lives, except for a short time spent in eastern Washington. They had three children, Ivan, Claire and Erma.
