The Transfiguration Social Club was a part of St. David's Episcopal Church of Portland, Oregon, and its purpose was to promote social activities in the community and to assist in the improvement of the Transfiguration chapel. The collection (1923-1926) contains a record book of meeting minutes, treasurer's accounts, a constitution, bylaws, and loose meeting minutes.

Charles G. Trimble (1884 - ) was a medical missionary in China. He was associated with the Methodist Mission in Foochow in 1914, and later with the Alden Speare Memorial Hospital in Yenping. The collection (1914-1964) contains correspondence, collected Chinese documents, and a few personal items.

Ruth Murray Underhill (1884-1984) was a social worker, anthropologist, and teacher. She studied the Papago tribe of Southern Arizona while attending Columbia University. The collection includes her manuscripts, minor correspondence, and mementos of George W. Ingalls (1838-1920), Indian agent and superintendent of religious work among Indians for the American Baptist Home Mission Society.
Letha Evangeline Ward Wakeman papers
Letha Evangeline Ward Wakeman was a missionary in Africa. The collection comprises personal diaries, correspondence and material relating to Wakeman's involvement with missionary work in the Congo during the mid-twentieth century. The material related to the Congo, in addition to correspondence, includes missionary publications. The collection also contains biographical material on Wakeman and her husband, who received correspondence from the Oregon State Hospital.
Alvin F. Waller letter
Alvin F. Waller (1808–1875) was a missionary and early leader of Willamette University in Salem, Oregon Territory. The collection consists of a letter from Waller to the "Rev. Roberts" giving "some account of my labors on the Mary's River Circuit" during the previous year.
Gertrude Bass Warner lantern slides
Gertrude Bass Warner (1863–1951) was an Asian art enthusiast, internationalist, and traveler. The collection consists of lantern slides documenting Asian art, culture, religion and architecture before World War II, in China, Japan, Korea and Cambodia. Images of the Warner art objects are also included. Inventory is incomplete.

Suzanne E. Weddell (1884-February 26, 1978) was a Christian Missionary, based in the United States but traveled abroad to India, England, Holland, Switzerland, and France. The collection includes correspondence, essays written by Sue Weddell, photographs, and various other papers that reflect her humanitarian work from 1916-1961.

William Moses Welch (1837-1914) was a Methodist clergyman, serving congregations in the Midwest and the West. The collection consists of diaries, and letters to his son, Eldred. There are also letters from Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Duncan, missionaries at Canton Christian College, Canton, China, 1914-1917.

Moses Allen Williams diary and records
Williams was a Presbyterian minister. Collections includes the diary and records of WIlliams in seventeen volumes. Volume one -thirteen (diary) was written chronologically from 1852-1894. Volumes fourteen and fifteen include records and his account book. Volume sixteen and seventeen contain his cash book and other records. Volume eighteen incudes his last will and testament.
Eleanor Wilson papers
Eleanor Wilson (1891-1972) was a Christian missionary who worked in Japan, Hawaii, and the Pacific in general, particularly the Marshall and Caroline Islands. In 1950 she became captain of the Morning Star VI, a mission ship in the Pacific. The collection consists mostly of correspondence describing her missionary work from 1925-1951; there are also a few miscellaneous items and photographs.

Frederick Wallace Wilson (1872-1955) was an attorney and Circuit Court Judge in The Dalles, Oregon. The papers include correspondence, a letterpress copybook, legal papers, a manuscript, photographs, addresses and publications by Wilson as well as personal correspondence of Joseph G. Wilson, and certificates of Elizabeth Millar Wilson.
J. Christy Wilson papers
J. Christy Wilson (d. 1973) was a Christian missionary, circa 1951-1966. The collection includes Round Robin letters, minutes of the United Presbyterian Church Korean Mission and the General Assembly Department of Cooperative Work, a collection of periodicals including Bible Society News, Korea Bible Magazine, and Korean pamphlets, additionally a sound recording of the voice of Dr. Samuel M. Zwemer.
Win McCormack collection on Rajneeshpuram
Win McCormack, publisher and editor-in-chief for Tin House Magazine and Tin House Books, wrote several articles on the Rajneesh from 1983 to 1986. This collection includes his research materials on the Rajneesh.
William P. Woodard papers
William P. Woodard (1896-1973) was a scholar of Japanese religion, and served as an advisor on religion and cultural resources during the allied command after World War II. His research and study of Japanese religions resulted in his book The Allied Occupation of Japan and Japanese Religions (1972). The collection contains correspondence, literary manuscripts, Allied Occupation documents, research files, mission records, films, and audiotapes.
