Biographical / Historical
George Van Gorder (1888-1969) was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and educated at Williams College and Harvard Medical School.
From 1919 to 1928 he was associated with the Peking Union Medical College Hospital, China, as a professor and surgeon. His specialty was orthopedic surgery.
