Peter John Stadelman legislative correspondence

 Collection — Multiple Containers
Identifier: Ax 238

Scope and Contents

The collection contains correspondence, 1936-1947.

Most of the correspondence concerns requests for legislation and advice.

The first section of correspondence is organized by subject. Subjects include highways, insurance, labor, public utilities, taxation, ways and means committee. This material was filed into folders that were re-used. The folders have people's names typed on them and then the subject is written above the name. The correspondence seems to be regarding the subject written on the folder and not the name typed on the folder.

There is another section of correspondence filed alphabetically by name.

Then there are two more subject files of correspondence: alcohol and bakery board.
