Miscellaneous manuscripts include a lecture on Foochow, with a set of slides. Biographical/Historical note
Frank M. Toothaker (1891-1984) was born in Tennessee and educated at the University of Southern California and Drew Theological Seminary, Madison, N.J. He went to China in 1918, a Methodist missionary, serving in Nanking, Kuling, Yenping, Shanghai, and Kuliang. In 1923-1924 he managed the Yen Ping Electric and Light and Water Works. After the second revolution in China, he returned to the United States and served various pastorates in Arizona and California.
