The C.S. Reaves photo postcard collection contains 30 landscapes of Oregon and Washington State, primarily the Columbia River Highway. Other locations include Prineville and Sisters, Oregon as well as shots of Mount Adams from Trout Lake, Washington State.

Biographical / Historical

C.S. Reaves was a commerical photographer from Tacoma, Washington active in the Pacific Northwest in the early 20th century. His photographs appear in the 1912 publication The Guardians of the Columbia, Mount Hood, Mount Adams and Mount St. Helens by John Harvey Williams.
