The collection includes post orders, letters books, and records of the proceedings of the Councils of Administration.

The post orders are arranged chronologically in one volume dating 1856-1865.

The letter books include transcribed letters chronologically arranged dating from 1860-1865.

The proceedings of the Councils of administrations are also dated 1856-1865.
