Scope and Contents

The financial records consist of a ledger and a cash book.

Information in the ledger is arranged by account name, and covers the period 1898-1912. The ledger includes account information for printing of the Spectator and the Sunday Mercury of Portland.

The transactions in the cash book are organized by date, from 1906 to 1910.
