Marshall Eugene Cornett (1898-1947) was a business owner and politician of Oregon who served in the state senate from 1941-1947 and was killed in a plane crash while still in office. The collection (1935-1949) contains correspondence files and speeches.

Joseph N. Dolph (1835-1897) served in the Oregon State Senate and was also elected to the U.S. Senate as a Republican, serving from 1883 to 1895. The collection contains a letter dated May 1, 1884 from Dolph to J. D. Lee of Dallas, Oregon concerning Oregon politics.

Arthur P. Ireland served in the Oregon house and senate as a republican (1933-1969, non-consecutive), and was also president of the Oregon Dairymen's Association. The collection consists of 10 scrapbooks compiled by Ireland documenting his career and service in the dairy industry and the Oregon house and senate.

Nancy Ryles was a Republican politician who served on both the Oregon House of Representatives (1979-1982) and the Oregon Senate (1983-1987). The Nancy Ryles papers include material relating to Ryles time as an Oregon legislator, including materials relating to Death with Dignity, education and schools, and her campaigns.
