Arvazena A. Cooper papers
Arvazena A. Cooper (1845-1929) traveled the Oregon Trail with her family in 1863 and settled in the Willamette Valley. The collection contains her reminiscences of that journey and biographical information about her life in Oregon.
Samuel Handsaker papers
Sam "Uncle Sam" Handsaker was an Oregon pioneer and veteran of the Rogue River Indian Wars. The collection consists of a typed copy of "Across the Plains," which is a transcription of a section of Handsaker's journal (1853).
John Lawrence Johnson diary and letter
John Lawrence Johnson (1830-1916) was a pioneer who came to Oregon with his parents in 1851. The collection includes Johnson's diary of that journey as well as a letter from Johnson's uncle.
Moore, Hampton, Dillard family papers
Fay Hampton Robertson compiled histories of the Moore, Hampton, and Dillard branches of her family. The collection consists of typewritten copies of those histories as well as the trail diary of Jonathan Limerick Moore (1830-1862).

Solomon Tetherow was a wagonmaster of an expedition to Oregon. Solomon Tetherow's journal of the Oregon Emigrating Society of 1845 contains copies as well as photo negatives of the journal.
Woolverton family papers
John Woolverton came overland from Iowa to Oregon in 1856 and settled in Polk County, Oregon. The collection (1864-1941) contains a copy of an overland journal to Oregon, a history of John Woolverton, and proceedings of the National and International Association of Woolvertons.
