Albany Nurseries was established in 1888 and owned by Albert Brownell. Collection consist of four journal volumes (1899-1907), one trial journal (1904-1905) and two ledger books (1891-1905). One ledger includes a Brownell family expense account.

William M. Case and Isaac W. Case, brothers came to Oregon in the 1840s. Isaac Case was a merchant and banker. He went to the Idaho mines in 1862 and later settled in Astoria, where he founded the Astoria Savings Bank. This collection includes family letters, financial materials, family business papers, and other miscellaneous family papers.

Diary of a trip John Cass took to Jolnacpa Plantation, Chiapas, Mexico, to oversee gathering of coffee crop. Includes two letters from Cass to his son, Mr. Alfred C. Cass, in New York, dated Mar. 10, 1905, and Mar. 17, 1905.

Chester E. Corry (1906-1989) was an Oregon landscape architect who worked predominantly in southern Oregon and is best known for his work at Ashland's Lithia Park. The Chester E. Corry papers contain landscape architecture plans for public areas and residential clients, some accompanying documentation for landscape projects, clippings, correspondence, and an autobiography.

The Idaho National Harvester Co. was founded in 1904, using money from the Mix brothers and design by Cornelius Quesnell and A.M. Anderson. The "Little Idaho" was a horse-drawn harvesting machine. The collection consists of research images on the Little Idaho, and some Quesnell family images.

Lilla Irvin Leach (1886-1980) was a field botanist who specialized in Oregon flora from 1915-1945. She discovered more than a dozen species and two new genera, Kalmiopsis leachiana and Bensoniella oregana. Lilla and her husband John Leach purchased a tract of land in southeast Portland where they developed a botanical garden named Sleepy Hollow. The collection includes correspondence, notes, notebooks, articles, and a few photographs.
