Project correspondence, circa 1929-1957
Scope and Contents
Project correspondence relates to ongoing exchanges between clients. These files contain information about consultations, site inspections, plan approvals, job costs, work schedules, miscellaneous measurements, orders for plant materials, and labor costs for subcontractors. The “Project measurements and plant lists” file consists of rough measurements detailing lines and contours of property sites. This file was maintained separately as the client is often unidentified.

Conditions Governing Access
Collection is open to the public.
Collection must be used in Special Collections and University Archives Reading Room.
Collection or parts of collection may be stored offsite. Please contact Special Collections and University Archives in advance of your visit to allow for transportation time.
Physical Access
Glass plate negatives and lantern slides are restricted due to the fragility of the format. All decisions regarding use will be at the discretion of the curator for visual materials.
