Abstract Frederick Wallace Wilson (1872-1955) was an attorney and Circuit Court Judge in The Dalles, Oregon. The papers include correspondence, a letterpress copybook, legal papers, a manuscript, photographs, addresses and publications by Wilson as well as personal correspondence of Joseph G. Wilson, and certificates of Elizabeth Millar Wilson.

Abstract Joseph Gardner Wilson, of The Dalles, Oregon, wrote a letter dated February 26, 1870, addressed to "Dear Sir." The collection contains the letter which refers to disposition of scrip from James W. Nesmith to E. M. Barnum, and Wilson writes that he thinks Barnum dishonest.
