Norblad, A. W. (Albin Walter), 1881-1960

Albin Walter Norblad, Sr. (1881-1960) served as Astoria's City Attorney from 1910-1915, was elected to the state Senate elected Senate President in 1929, and served as Governor of Oregon from 1929 to 1931. The collection contains speeches, correspondence, promotional and special interest literature, historical studies, right and left wing party literature, Oregon coast highway information, printed material and mementoes, and official papers of the Governor's office.
